Erica was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She became interested in voice-over during her early teen years through animation and video games. Making up and imitating voices from her favorite shows and games as a hobby quickly turned into a long-term goal to get into the voice-over industry. Several years and one giant move across the country later, she is currently residing in Los Angeles and working as a professional voice-over artist.
Her very first role in a major studio project was the iconic character, Pac-man, in the “Pac-man and the Ghostly Adventures” video game. Soon after that, she was cast as Aladdin in Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic and more recently Ryuko Matoi in KILL la KILL. Erica was also featured as the voice of Cloud E. Sky in the Lalaloopsy Girls: Welcome to L.A.L.A Prep School! movie that aired on Nickelodeon and made a brief appearance in O.K. K.O. Let’s Be Heroes as Black Strategy.
Voice acting isn’t the only way she keeps herself busy: She’s ventured into script adaptation and has done work on Little Witch Academia, Sailor Moon SuperS, Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, Dragon Pilot, Fate/Apocrypha, and Fate/EXTRA Last Encore. She also directs from time-to-time, and took the helm of the feature film, I Want to Eat Your Pancreas and the Netflix series, Carole & Tuesday; both of which she also adapted.
